Campaign Overview
Tunnel Media House partnered with WeWork to produce an engaging social media campaign and video series showcasing the unique amenities and vibrant atmosphere of WeWork’s Lago Alberto location in Mexico City. Centered around a virtual tour led by WeWork’s Head of Sales, Ricardo Pedraza, the campaign brought the location’s dynamic features to life, positioning it as an ideal space for businesses of all sizes to thrive. The project aimed to spotlight the benefits of WeWork’s premium “A+” category and its extensive offerings tailored to empower and elevate businesses.
Production and Content Creation
Our production team captured the essence of WeWork’s Lago Alberto building through an immersive video walkthrough, where Ricardo guided viewers through key features and amenities. From the state-of-the-art photography and video studio to adaptable, customizable office spaces, each area was designed to highlight the location’s versatility and convenience. The tour also featured the Mailroom, a flexible event space capable of accommodating up to 180 people, perfect for company gatherings and large-scale events.
Beyond the main tour video, Tunnel Media House created a series of short-form videos aligned with trending online themes and challenges. Each video showcased different aspects of Lago Alberto’s offerings in a fresh, relatable format, connecting with younger audiences and professionals across Mexico and beyond. The strategic use of trending music, effects, and themes in each clip enhanced the campaign’s shareability and reach.
Social Media Strategy
To maximize impact, our social media approach focused on leveraging each piece of content in a coordinated rollout across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The main tour video served as a core asset, offering a comprehensive look at the Lago Alberto location, while shorter, trend-based clips provided bite-sized content that could capture attention quickly and engage followers.
Through the campaign, we integrated calls-to-action, encouraging viewers to book a tour or reach out for more information on WeWork’s offerings. By focusing on storytelling and relatability, the social media content fostered a sense of familiarity and accessibility, positioning Lago Alberto as more than just an office—it became a community space for growth and opportunity.
